SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Candidate must be able to work within a team environment or solo and must have the ability to use precision measuring devices such as Voltmeters, and other measuring instruments. Candidate must be proficient with NFPA 70. Candidate will be responsible for employee supervision, safety training, and scheduling. Hydraulics and pneumatics welding machine repair experience required. Qualified candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills, be well organized and highly dependable with attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1. Able to read, write and analyze electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. 2. Use all types of testing instruments. 3. Must have broad knowledge of electrical principles, wiring specification codes and handbook formulas along with a working knowledge of PLC’s, VFD’s, Motor Control, and Power Distribution. 4. Determine proper type, size of materials and equipment for the job, including power requirements. 5. Perform electrical work requiring high degree of trade skill to install, test, inspect, adjust, repair and wire all plant equipment and circuits to required voltages and tolerances. 6. Able to locate, diagnose and remedy troubles quickly to avoid shutdowns. 7. Adjust all plant equipment to proper operating characteristics. 8. Able to fabricate material to be used for electrical equipment. 9. Proficient w/ Microsoft Excel, ability to learn company specific computer based programs
EDUCATION LEVEL: Two year degree in a related field or a grammar school education.
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 year Industrial Electrical experience 5-10 years Foundry Experience a plus.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience preferred. Candidate must have a proven track record as a leader within a quality/inspection department. Previous leadership/management experience is a requirement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Work closely with Engineering and Operations to drive continuous product quality improvement • Lead the development, establishment, and enforcement of quality assurance measures related to testing standards for current and new products. • Ensures that Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) is functional and quality standards are aligned with customer requirements and that they consistently meet customer expectations. • Reports to senior management about QMS performance and any improvements that system may require. • Analyze & Report the nature and scope of customer complaints, internal scrap and other related issues to senior management and make recommendations for resolution using quality techniques (SPC, FMEA, Cause- and- Effect Diagram, etc...) • Liaison with suppliers and customers to resolve quality problems and foster mutually beneficial relationships • Ensure calibration of tools, gauges, and equipment used in operation; maintain correct equipment daily standardization • Monitor supplier performances, evaluate current material suppliers; communicate requirements/working in conjunction with Technical department on pre-qualify potential suppliers, as well • Collect/ maintain a data related to calibration, standardization, raw material, etc... • Administer all Customer and companies internal specifications, industry specifications to assure customer needs and product integrity standards are met. • Identify Quality department resource requirements • Collection and analysis of data ensuring accuracy and reliability for overall product quality • Conduct QC internal audits; communicate test results, and other relevant information to MRB members • Assesses process/quality performance and take corrective action ( CAR, PAR, Etc..) where/if necessary • Train, coach, and mentor QA staff and other staff members; plan and conduct performance appraisals of QA staff. • Assist in training of other employees on job process, procedures and functions • Assist other departments to develop standards as required • Develop, establish and deploy process control such as SOP, work instructions; ensure quality measures that comply with regulatory standards, industry standards, and accepted best practices using ECN process • Demonstrates continual focus on improvements and enhancements • APQP Awareness, Risk Based Thinking
