QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The 4 main components of Frazer & Jones’ quality management process are Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Continues Improvement. The Company has always maintained this management system to meet the requirements of our customer’s. This is an integral part of every phase of the manufacturing process from the initial review of customer requirements and product approval, throughout the entire production cycle. Incoming raw materials are verified and/or inspected, production processes are observed, and products are examined from inception through final inspection.
